Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous caregiving experience is an advantage
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow individualized care plans and work collaboratively with a team.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Support safe mobility, including walking, transfers, and positioning
Provide medication reminders as directed
Prepare nutritious meals that meet clients' dietary requirements
Encourage healthy eating habits and proper hydration
Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
Accompany clients to medical appointments and community outings as needed
