We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedPart-TimeBox Office Buyerto join our growing team. This is aW-2 hourly positionwith a flexible, part-time schedule.
In this role, you will complete in-person box office ticket purchases at major venues across California. In Southern California: Anaheim, Inglewood, and San Diego, with occasional purchasing in Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood. And in Northern California: San Francisco, Sacramento, and San Jose.
Travel to assigned box office locations for concerts, sports, and live entertainment events
Purchase tickets in person using the company’s order system andcompany-provided credit card
Accurately record purchase details in the system
Deliver or ship purchased tickets to the office following company procedures
Complete additional duties as assigned
Physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venue locations
Own a smartphone and are comfortable using mobile apps and online systems
Available to work aflexible schedule of approximately 2–20 hours per week, based on venue availability and ticket purchase requests
Able to work within the general timeframe of10:00AM – 8:00 PM
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
Dependable, trustworthy, and easy to reach by phone or text
Strong verbal communication skills
