A Day in the Life at Mission Accomplished Heating & Cooling

Your day starts at a home show or community event, where you help set up a clean, inviting booth before the doors open.

As people walk by, you say hello, ask about their home, and share how our team can keep their heating and cooling running well.

When someone is ready, you book a service call or maintenance visit right there on a phone or tablet.

If a question gets technical, you simply pass it along to our office or a tech, so you never have to fake an answer.

We'll teach you what you need to know, and you'll have a team that backs you up and keeps things simple.

At the end of the event, you pack up the booth and send a quick report on how the day went.

What You'll Get:

• $20/hr for all scheduled event time
• $20 bonus for every job you book that is completed
• Bonuses paid on the next payroll after the job is done
• Training provided (no HVAC knowledge needed)
• Part-time, event-based schedule

What You'll Be Doing:

• Setting up and taking down the event booth
• Greeting people with a smile and starting friendly conversations
• Explaining our services, maintenance plans, and current offers honestly
• Booking service calls and maintenance appointments on site with accurate customer info
• Handing out flyers and other materials
• Keeping the booth clean and stocked
• Passing technical questions to the office or a tech
• Sending a short report at the end of each event

Who We're Looking For:

You're friendly, confident, and easy to talk to.

You show up on time, you're dependable, and you take pride in looking clean and professional.

Beyond that:

• Able to stand for long periods and lift booth materials
• Comfortable booking appointments on a phone or tablet
• Reliable transportation
• Available for some evenings and weekends
• Sales, customer service, or event experience is a plus

A note on the bonus: canceled jobs, no-shows, and bookings with fake or incomplete info don't count.
