Part -Time Box Truck Driver and Helper

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Box Truck Driver and Helper to join our team on an on-call basis. In this role, you will safely operate a 26-foot box truck, handle freight loading and unloading, and ensure all deliveries or pickups are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a 26-foot box truck following all traffic laws and guidelines.
  
• Loading & Unloading: Load, unload, and secure cargo properly, with the ability to manually lift and handle items up to 50 lbs.
  
• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate daily activity logs, mileage records, and delivery paperwork.
  
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  
• Communication: Report any mechanical issues, traffic delays, or delivery incidents to dispatch immediately.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record.
  
• Experience: Previous experience driving a 26-foot box truck or working in related delivery, moving, or logistics fields.
  
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle a physical workload, including standing, bending, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs consistently.
  
• Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills, reliability, and punctuality for on-call shifts.
