    SUMMARY

    Responsible for greeting clients for retail and kiosk locations and performing additional clerical work and customer service. Helps clients complete forms and applications to begin the screening process.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Greets all clients pleasantly and with courtesy;

    Manages all communications with customers and escalates complex issues to manager;

    Provides an optimal level of client service and maintains professionalism to resolve all client issues;

    Maintains a clean and welcoming environment;

    Assists with administrative tasks;

    Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);

    Performs other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Less than 1 year of related work experience

    Spanish & English required

    SKILLS

    Good interpersonal skills

    Strong customer service and communication skills

    Strong multitasking skills

    Ability to work independently
