About the Role:AT PEACE CARE is looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Behavior Technician / RBT to join our growing team in NJ. Responsibilities:- Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during each session
- Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in home, community, or clinic settings
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians and family members to support client goals
- Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols consistently
Requirements:- RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician) preferred or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
- Must pass background check and meet state compliance requirements
