CUSTOMER SERVICE | CASHIERING | AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

C. Harper Auto Group is looking for a friendly, dependable and professional Part-Time Automotive Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Belle Vernon.

If you're great with people, comfortable handling payments, can stay organized while multitasking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to talk with you.

Automotive experience is helpful, but it's not required.

We're looking for the right personality, work ethic and customer-service attitude.

COMPENSATION

• $15 $18/hour based on experience

• Part-time position

• Performance review after 90 days

• Performance-based pay increases

Candidates with previous dealership, cashier, receptionist, customer-service, banking, office or payment-processing experience may qualify toward the higher end of the range.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet customers professionally

• Process customer payments

• Accept cash payments

• Process checks

• Process credit and debit card transactions

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer

• Assist with repair-order processing

• Complete service paperwork

• Answer incoming telephone calls

• Direct calls to the appropriate department

• Communicate with Service Advisors

• Help customers locate their vehicles

• Relay information between customers and Service Advisors

• Assist customers at vehicle pickup

• Maintain accurate transaction records

• Help maintain an organized customer-service area

• Provide courteous and professional customer service

NO AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE? THAT'S OKAY.

You don't have to know everything about cars to be successful in this position.
