    At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first. You’ll work alongside a Lead Teacher to create engaging activities, support classroom routines, and help maintain a safe, nurturing space for every child.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Lead Teacher with age‑appropriate lesson plans and hands‑on activities

    • Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

    • Help prepare classroom materials and maintain a clean, organized environment

    • Provide individualized attention and help children feel welcomed and supported

    • Assist with daily communication to families about classroom activities

    • Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines

    • Support daily routines such as snack time, playtime, and transitions

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or currently enrolled in high school/college

    • Friendly, patient, and compassionate with young children

    • Able to work independently and take initiative

    • Basic understanding of child development (training provided)

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed

    • Must pass required state background checks and meet licensing requirements
