Proactive mindset.Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman tasks is preferred.Strong communication skills to communicate with the team and guests effectively.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.Responsibilities: This list is not a comprehensive list of all duties and responsibilities associated with this position. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to ensure smooth operation and avoid disruptions.Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs efficiently and effectively.Install and maintain hotel fixtures, furniture, and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.Conduct safety inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.Compensation/Pay: $23 - $25/hourWe believe in Platinum Service for our guests and associates alike.
