Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Portland, OR
Pay Rate: $26-29/hr
Schedule: 2 -3 days a week but flexible on days selected

What Youll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician, youll play a key role in creating top-tier living experiences for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property turnovers
- Responding to service calls
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
- Performing routine property inspections
- Collaborating with the property management team
- Ensuring common areas and building systems are in excellent working order
