Responsibilities of the Part Time AP Specialist:

• 
  
• Process invoices and maintain accounts payable records
• 
  
• Assist with vendor payments and check runs
• 
  
• Review and verify invoice accuracy and coding
• 
  
• Support payment application activities as customer payments are received
• 
  
• Work closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure timely processing
• 
  
• Assist with AP functions related to both construction and property management activities
• 
  
• Help manage higher-volume payment cycles associated with active projects
• 
  
• Support additional accounting tasks as needed based on experience and business needs
• 
  

Qualifications for the Part Time AP Specialist:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
  
  
  • 
    
  • Experience with job costing, billing, or change orders is highly desirable but not required
  • 
    
  
  
• 
  
• Construction, contractor, or property management accounting exposure is a plus, but not required
• 
  
• Sage 300 experience a plus but not required
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to work independently in a small-team environment

Schedule:

• Approximately 24 hours per week (Tuesday and Wednesday are required workdays, third day is flexible)

Salary: $55,000-$62,000 depending on experience
