RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

• Accounts Payable Specialist will review and verify invoices entered via AvidXChange
• Accounts Payable Specialist will post and approve invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Download unpaid reports and process payments through Nelio
• Work with the Finance Director on high-value approvals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required
• Tech-savvy with ERP or accounting software experience
• Familiarity with AvidXChange a plus, but NOT a must
