About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our after-school team. At
Dallas Reading and Language Services, we’ve designed a role that allows you to make a meaningful impact without the administrative burdens of most second jobs. We handle everything for you, so when you arrive, your focus is solely on helping children achieve progress through one-on-one therapy. It’s a hassle-free way to make a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individualized speech therapy sessions for children with speech and language needs.
- Write SOAP notes for each session and review progress with parents.
- Coach parents on how to support their child’s therapy at home.
- Work with a team that supports and values your clinical skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders.
- Licensed SLP in Texas with CCC (or Clinical Fellowship Year).
- Available for at least 2 evenings per week (4-7PM), with optional Saturday hours.
- Passion for working with children and providing one-on-one therapy.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
