Part Time Advanced Practice Provider - Geriatrics

Montgomery Medical Associates is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our established practice in Belle Mead. As part of our collaborative team, you will split time between our outpatient office and a nearby skilled nursing facility, helping us continue our commitment to compassionate and personalized patient care.

Team: 3 full time MDs, 2 full time APPs, 2 part time APPs

Location: 9 Dutchtown Harlingen Rd, Belle Mead, NJ 08502

Schedule: 2 days (20 hrs/week)

• Tuesday 9a-5p
• Wednesday 9a-5p
• Thursday 9a-1p

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of APP experience
• Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License

Notes:

• Tuesday and Wednesday will be day in office day in nursing home (15 min from primary site)
• Thursday will be day in office
• Potential for 1 Saturday (8a-1p) per month
