Temple University's Harrisburg Campus is searching for a Part-Time Administrative Specialist!

Hourly Rate: $24.00

Position Summary
The Medication Administration Training Program administrative specialist will perform a wide variety of administrative, clerical, customer service, and receptionist duties in support of the Medication Administration Training Program. The individual in this role will support our instructors by providing materials used in Medication Administration classes. This individual will also support our students by answering questions, researching and testing system output, and providing information and documentation about the curriculum.

Job Details
* This position requires the following background checks: Cash Handling and Personal Identifiable Information background check.
* This poisition is 100% ON-SITE.
* This is a Part-Time Position.
* This is a Grant Funded.

Required Education and Experience
* At least one (1) year of related experience particularly in an administrative or project support role.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree.
* 3 years of experience in computer Helpdesk support, medication administration or in a medical or dental environment.
* Experience with the Medication Administration Training program.
* Experience using Learning Management Systems.

* Strong written and communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in diverse communities.
* Ability to reach the goals established by a program(s)

* Ability to gather data in order to compile information and prepare reports.
* Abilitiy to maintain accurate records and databases.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
* Ability to organize resources and establish priorities.

*Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
*Ability to handle, track, and monitor data and maintain records.
