We are actively hiring for a Part-Time Accounting clerk that is onsite in Hanover, MD 2 days a week. We are looking for around 16 hours per week, with the ability to go full time.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Close Month Statements
- Cash Reconciliations
- Credit-card and bank reconciliations
- Vendor statement reconciliation
- Invoice entry and coding
- Ability to investigate discrepancies without constant direction
Requirements:
- Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate/Timberline experience strongly preferred.
- Construction accounting experience preferred
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
- Excel proficiency
