• Schedule is on-site on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Accounting Assistant:

• 
  
• Serve as point of contact for billing requests
• 
  
• Process and input billing information
• 
  
• Monitor the AP inbox and match accordingly
• 
  
• Audit AP software for missing receipts and obtain any needed information
• 
  
• Scan checks for remote deposit
• 
  
• Organize and distribute outgoing checks
• 
  

Background Expected of the Part-Time Accounting Assistant:

• 
  
• 1+ years' experience in an office setting with accounting responsibilities
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized with excellent follow-up skills is essential
• 
  

Hourly Rate, depending on experience:
$19.00 - $24.00
