Now Hiring: Part Sales & Shipping Clerk
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay:
 $23-26/hr+(Based on experience)
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Pro Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Part Sales & Shipping Clerk for a growing manufacturing company in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, order processing, logistics, and administrative work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who can stay organized, communicate professionally, and manage multiple priorities while supporting both parts sales and shipping operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding parts inquiries, quotes, and orders
  • Research parts pricing and availability with suppliers and vendors
  • Prepare and process customer quotes and purchase orders
  • Enter and manage orders in the company ERP system (Epicor experience is a plus)
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments
  • Prepare shipping paperwork, freight documents, and customs documentation as needed
  • Schedule pickups and communicate with transportation companies
  • Receive, verify, package, and stage parts for shipment
  • Track order status and maintain accurate records in Excel and internal systems
  • Work closely with accounting regarding invoicing and order updates
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with general office support duties
  • Assist with additional projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, parts sales, shipping/logistics, or office administration preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, order tracking, and shipping documentation
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience required
  • ERP system experience preferred, but training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with international shipping or manufacturing environments is a plus
