    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Park & Recreation Management or related field. A minimum of three years of progressively responsible professional administrative experience to include supervisory experience in event management, strategic partnership agency coordination, or public speaking is required. Must possess a valid Florida Driver s license. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays on a varying schedule.

The Manager is responsible for monitoring revenues and expenditures, managing equipment and resources, evaluating program performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
