Oversee parking infrastructure cleaning and maintenance upkeep. Perform cleaning tasks such as minor pressure washing, blowing, sweeping, dusting, bagging, and hauling off debris in parking garages and lots across all campuses. Carry out maintenance duties including painting over existing parking lines, painting names on walls, installing signage, and securing bumpers.

Serve as a backup to enforcement staff when needed by issuing citations and assisting with Diboll Garage operations during Restricted Mode in preparation for university closures.

Support parking operations during on-campus events by acting as a liaison to hired third-party parking operators, placing signage, and enforcing parking regulations. Adapt to a flexible schedule due to the sporadic nature of events and collaborate with the Parking Services Manager as needed.

Minimum Qualification:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of experience in transportation and/or parking services

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with working special events.
• Experience at a college or university.
