    Parking Compliance Agent

    Richmond, Virginia  •  Parking Controls  •  Part-Time


    Reports To: Parking Enforcement Supervisor

    Pay: $19/hr base + monthly bonus — average pay after bonus runs $21–24/hr

    Schedule: Flexible — mornings, afternoons, or evenings, weekdays and weekends. Pick shifts that fit your life.


    About the Role

    We're looking for a sharp, reliable Parking Compliance Agent to keep our lots and streets running smoothly across Richmond. You'll be out in the field, using handheld tech to issue citations, spot problems before they escalate, and represent us well in every interaction. If you've got booting, towing, LPR, or facility security experience, that's a big plus — but we'll train the right person regardless.


    What You'll Do

    • Patrol on-street and off-street lots to enforce posted parking regulations
    • Issue citations using handheld ticketing devices and document violations with photos
    • Handle parking questions and concerns professionally and fairly
    • Flag damaged signs, broken meters, or unsafe conditions to management
    • Work alongside a small, supportive enforcement team


    What Makes You a Good Fit

    • Experience with booting, towing, LPR technology, or facility security preferred
    • Comfortable working independently outdoors, walking for extended periods in all weather
    • Clear communicator who can de-escalate a tense conversation
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Access to personal vehicle. 
    • Reliable, punctual, and good at following procedures
    • High school diploma or equivalent
