Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Parish is seeking two welcoming, organized, and mission-driven individuals to serve as part-time Parish Secretaries. These positions work collaboratively to support the daily administrative operations of the parish while helping create a hospitable and faith-filled environment for parishioners, visitors, and staff.
The Parish Secretary serves as a primary point of contact for the parish office and plays an essential role in supporting the pastoral mission of the parish through excellent communication, organization, and ministry-minded service.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to parishioners, visitors, and callers
• Manage front office operations, including phones, email, and general inquiries
• Maintain parish records, sacramental documentation, and databases
• Coordinate Mass intentions, calendars, and scheduling
• Support clergy and staff with administrative needs
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all parish matters
• Assist with liturgical and seasonal administrative tasks as needed

This position has an hourly range of $16.00 - $26.00. An employee’s pay within the hourly range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
