UCPSA Parent Direct Care Worker/Caregiver (W2 employee)
Wage: $17.00/hour Attendant Care
           $18.00/hour Habilitation

Job Duties
Here are some of the ways our DCWs support our clients and their unique needs.
Personal Care (assistance with bathing/toileting/general grooming etc.)
Meal Preparation
Medication Administration
Housekeeping (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, cleaning personal spaces etc.)
General Supervision
Adhere to a weekly schedule with good attendance and punctuality 
Complete and maintain required certifications and trainings
Adhere to all agency policies and requirements 

Requirements
18 years of age or older
Successful fingerprint and DES/CPS/APS clearance
Ability to complete state required training through our agency
