Job Summary
BlueGrace Logistics has launched a new parcel solution and is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead its go-to-market efforts in this space. This is a dedicated hunter role, offering an open territory and full autonomy to manage the sales process independently.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and build a pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, professional networking, and other channels
- Sell BlueGrace's parcel program to prospective shipper accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through contract execution
- Partner with the parcel operations and pricing teams to structure competitive, mutually beneficial proposals
- Maintain accurate and current pipeline records in Salesforce
- Travel to meet with customers in person as needed to advance key opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in transportation or logistics; parcel experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Proven ability to prospect and generate new business independently
- Self-directed, with minimal need for oversight or day-to-day management
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly with respect to rate and margin
- Eligible to work remotely from any location within the United States
