Job Title: Instructional Aide

Reports to: Campus Principal and Teacher(s) Assigned
Campus: Floresville Middle School
Primary Purpose:
Assist teacher in preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements. Work under supervision of certified teacher and campus administration.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High School graduate/GED or higher
Associate''s degree, two years of student at an institution of higher learning (48 hrs of college-level coursework), OR have met formal academic assessment as required by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).
Valid Texas educational aide certificate
Spanish speaker preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to work well with children.
Ability to communicate effectively.
