    Adeline Montessori is seeking a compassionate, student-centered Paraprofessional to join our dedicated team. This position works closely with the special education team to provide individualized support to students with IEPs, helping ensure their academic, social, and emotional success.

    Adeline Montessori School is an independent charter school dedicated to nurturing students' academic, social, and emotional growth through Montessori principles and practices. We proudly serve approximately 160 students in our community and value a close-knit, collaborative school environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide direct academic and behavioral support to students with IEPs in the classroom setting
    • Assist in implementing IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications under the direction of the special education teacher
    • Support students in developing social skills, self-regulation, and independence
    • Collect and document data on student progress as directed
    • Collaborate with classroom teachers, specialists, and administrators to ensure consistent support
    • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

    Requirments

    • A high school diploma
    • A strong candidate will have experience working with students with IEP''s in an educational setting
    • The candidate should have strong communication skills in order to communicate with the special education team and other members of the students'' support system
