A well-established, AV-rated family law firm with more than 200 years of combined attorney experience is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their team onsite in San Diego. In this role, you will work directly alongside experienced attorneys on complex matters and play a critical role in keeping cases moving efficiently from filing through resolution.

Job Details

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, file, and serve family law pleadings, motions, declarations, and court documents
• Draft correspondence, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and settlement documents
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court appearances using case management software
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and expert witnesses
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and documentation for hearings and trials
• Support attorneys in preparation for mediations, depositions, and court proceedings
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience in California
• Strong working knowledge of San Diego Superior Court procedures and local rules
• Proficiency with case management and legal document software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Onsite availability at the Del Mar/San Diego office Monday through Friday
