Paralegal - Personal Injury

We've partnered with a well-established law firm that is actively seeking to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiffs) to join their team. This is a fully In-Office position offering hands-on exposure across the lifecycle of personal injury cases, with strong involvement in litigation and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who enjoys working closely with attorneys, managing case progression, and contributing directly to successful outcomes.

• Location: Mineola, NY (Onsite) - Compensation: Base salary starting at $70,000 - $85,000+ (highly competitive; depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file summons and complaints

• Prepare Bills of Particulars

• Draft and respond to discovery demands

• Maintain regular client communication and provide case updates

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organising exhibits and case files

• Manage case documentation and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Paralegal

• Strong working knowledge of litigation processes and documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively
