Paralegal (Personal Injury + Bilingual)

Bilingual Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal

Compensation: $90,000–$125,000, depending on experience

Location: Irvine, CA

Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning plaintiff personal injury firm seeking an experienced bilingual paralegal to join its litigation team.

This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works well under pressure, and wants to make a meaningful impact for injured clients. You will work closely with attorneys and support cases from inception through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular, compassionate communication with clients
• Draft complaints, discovery responses, pleadings, affidavits, memoranda, and other legal documents
• Proofread and finalize legal filings
• Manage attorney calendars, appearances, and litigation deadlines
• Schedule depositions and prepare notices and subpoenas
• Obtain medical records and healthcare lien information
• Assist with fact investigations
• Maintain electronic files and support all phases of litigation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong legal drafting and written communication skills
• Knowledge of court rules, filing procedures, e-filing, and litigation deadlines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Professional, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information
• Occasional light travel may be required
