Paralegal – Patent Litigation (MEPTA)New York office. Hybrid engagement with two remote days and three in‑office days.ResponsibilitiesPatent LitigationProvide paralegal support to attorneys through all phases of litigationManage all case materials, including electronic files and database applicationsObtain and file documents with applicable Federal, State, and Local Courts and Agencies (e.g., USPTO)Liaise with clients and opposing counsel as neededOrganize and maintain case files, calendars, databases, and e‑discovery systems; coordinate with vendors and trial technology teamsAssist with witness preparation, trial logistics, settlement support, and legal research as neededMonitor case deadlines, correspondence, and filings to ensure compliance with court and agency requirementsAssist with motion practice, briefing, and filings in state and federal courts, as well as administrative and agency forumsAssist Attorney/Case Teams preparing depositions, trials, and arbitrations; Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
