Location: Monroe, LA

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to support attorneys with legal research, case preparation, document drafting, and client communication. Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.

  • Support attorneys with case preparation and trial support
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and contracts
  • Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files
  • File legal documents with courts and government agencies
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and legal professionals
  • Schedule hearings, meetings, appointments, and depositions
  • Review and summarize legal records and case materials
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely document filings
  • Provide general administrative and case management support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
  • Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Paralegal.
