In this on‑site role, you'll support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation—drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, securing and summarizing medical records, tracking deadlines, and preparing for trial. Ideal candidates are experienced, detail‑oriented, and thrive in fast‑paced environments with competing priorities.ResponsibilitiesDraft legal documents including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondenceManage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requestsSecure, track, and organize medical records and billing informationReview and summarize medical records for attorney reviewSupport trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, jury instructions, and subpoenasMaintain and monitor case deadlines, court dockets, and calendaringPrepare settlement calculations and draft settlement agreementsOrganize case files and perform general administrative duties (filing, calendaring, document management)RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Litigation ParalegalMinimum 2 years of experience in Personal Injury lawProven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesStrong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skillsExperience with discovery, medical records procurement, and trial preparationFamiliarity with court rules, procedures, and docket managementAbility to work on‑site in Charlotte, North Carolina#J-18808-Ljbffr
