This position requires someone who can think critically, communicate professionally, manage multiple responsibilities, and assist attorneys with the drafting and preparation of legal documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials under attorney supervision.
- Support attorneys and assist clients throughout the preparation and completion of their legal matters.
- Manage attorneys’ calendars, including scheduling client appointments, professional meetings, and other deadlines.
- Communicate and work professionally with clients, court staff, government agencies, bank officers, attorneys, and other professional contacts.
- Review information, identify issues, and use critical thinking and good judgment to determine appropriate next steps and when attorney guidance is needed.
- Maintain excellent grammar, writing, proofreading, and organizational standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude when interacting with clients, coworkers, attorneys, and other professionals.
- Perform other tasks as assigned to assist the attorneys, office, and clients.

Prior paralegal/legal assistant or law office experience is preferred but not required. Administrative experience is a plus. A high school diploma is required. Training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary will be based on experience, education, and training.
