JOB DESCRIPTION: *Conduct a thorough analysis of case files and relevant documentation to help prepare a legal gameplan *Write legal briefs and arguments to support the appeals of disability claims at all levels. *Review VA decisions to determine next steps. *Contact clients with important case updates. *Maintain thorough notes and files physically and in case management software. *Stay informed about changes to VA regulations and policies that may impact clients' eligibility for benefits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: *Passion for helping disabled veterans and making a positive impact in their lives. *Previous experience in the legal environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. *Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. *Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. *Knowledge of VA benefits and the claims process is preferred but not required.
