    What You Will Do

    • Draft and review legal documents related to intellectual property matters.
    • Conduct thorough research to support legal claims and strategies.
    • Assist in the preparation of filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
    • Manage and organize case files and documentation for efficient accessibility.
    • Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies and timelines.
    • Maintain and update databases and tracking systems for intellectual property assets.
    • Communicate with clients and external parties regarding case progress and requirements.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in intellectual property law.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing legal documentation.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Preferred

    • Experience with patent and trademark filings.
    • Familiarity with legal research databases and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
