About Us:
We are a dynamic and growing civil litigation law firm specializing in consumer law, debt
defense, eviction and foreclosure defense, real estate, business, and uninsured
defense. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our team.
Please note, we are not a personal injury (plaintiff or defense) law firm. Our practice
requires precision, organization, and a proactive approach to managing cases.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years minimum of paralegal experience and a strong
understanding of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP), particularly discovery
rules and deadlines. This role requires someone who is organized, dependable, and
capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and respond to discovery in compliance with TRCP deadlines
Maintain and manage case files, including tracking critical deadlines
Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and document management
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of case handling

Qualifications:
1–3 years minimum of paralegal experience required
Strong familiarity with TRCP discovery rules and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Proactive mindset with the ability to independently manage a caseload
Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback
Bilingual (preferred but not required) English/Spanish
