    General Responsibilities
     
    • Provide all aspect of litigation support; 
    • notarize documents
    • assist in the closing of agreements
    • conduct research using LexisNexis and publicly available data
    • prepare, revise, efile and paper file legal documents
    • pleadings for matrimonial and family court cases from discovery to trial
    • preparation Notices of Entry for orders and judgments
    • Manage all phases of discovery and document production, including organizing, indexing, and Bates Stamping documents
    • preparation of Notices for Discovery and Inspection, and Responses and Objections; 
    • assist  with the drafting of 
      • chronologies
      • witness statements
      • net worth statements
      • subpoenas and court orders
    • assist with litigation projects including motions and court bundles;
    • Liaison between  attorneys, clients, law firms and courts
     
    Receive incoming documents - external or internal 
    • Scan if a physical copy
    • Review documents
    • Breakdown to individual document files, if necessary
    • Name, save, and profile documents into NetDocs
    • Note irregularities or questions in the document profile
    • Create an index of documents received
    • Manipulate or combine documents as directed
    • Print as directed

    NYSEF Documents
     
    • Receive notice to download and review filings
    • Breakdown to individual document files, if necessary
    • Name, save, and profile documents into NetDocs
    • Note irregularities of questions in the profile
    • Manipulate or combine documents as directed
    • Print as directed

    Document Production Outgoing and Trial Documents
     
    • Profile documents identified by the attorney
    • Create an index
    • Manipulate or combine documents as directed
    • Create a production bundle from the final document list
    • Bates stamping
    • Print as directed

     

    Original Documents
     
    • Scan to the system - Name, save, and profile documents into NetDocs
    • Log into the original document index
    Compensation: $75,000.00 per year
