This role will be responsible for assisting the departmental attorneys and senior paralegals in the coordination of all phases of a transaction from its inception through closing, while assisting senior Corporate paralegals and attorneys with completing client work in an efficient and timely manner, with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Possess a thorough knowledge of state corporation laws and federal and state securities laws and regulations
- Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent
- A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or a signed declaration if located in a California office
- A minimum of four (4) years of related law firm experience as a paralegal
