Our prestigious law firm is looking for an experienced and dedicated Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our team of seasoned attorneys, providing comprehensive paralegal support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or legal department, with a strong emphasis on document review, Microsoft Office proficiency, and legal compliance. This role requires an individual who possesses a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive paralegal support to our team of attorneys, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing case files.

2. Utilize Microsoft Office suite to create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all work products.

3. Conduct thorough document review for various cases, including contracts, legal briefs, court records, and other legal documents.

4. Ensure legal compliance in all activities, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations, ensuring all legal documents are properly filed, and advising team on any potential legal compliance issues.

5. Coordinate and manage timelines for various legal processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and all documents are properly prepared and filed.

6. Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and other parties, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department.

2. Proven experience with document review, Microsoft Office, and legal compliance.

3. Paralegal certification or equivalent legal training preferred.

4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.

6. High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with utmost care.

7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and advise team on legal compliance issues.

8. Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.

9. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
