We've partnered with a well-established Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law Firm to fill this position urgently. The firm is seeking a seasoned and experienced Paralegal with strong litigation background to join their team in Clifton, NJ.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
Benefits: Comprehensive package including fully paid health and 401(k) plan
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research to support ongoing and prospective cases.
Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents.
Investigate case facts and prepare information for negotiations or court proceedings.
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal procedures.
Maintain accurate records and client information.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paralegal in litigation (personal injury exp is mandatory).
Proficient in PC Law and Needles (or similar case management systems).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
