Job Details

Responsibilities
Provide proactive support and guidance to injured clients throughout the pre-litigation process
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to gather critical case information
Obtain, organize, review, and evaluate medical records and related documentation
Assist in preparing cases for demand packages and negotiations
Partner closely with assigned attorneys to support case progression and strategy
Maintain organized digital and physical case files
Ensure accuracy of case documentation and compliance with deadlines
Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and internal team members

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of personal injury paralegal experience required
Spanish bilingual skills preferred
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
Professional demeanor and commitment to client service
