Guggenheim Investments is seeking a smart, energetic, and affable person to join its Legal team. Reporting to the Head of GI Legal Operations, this person will join a highly collaborative team and will be responsible for supporting various attorneys and functions in the Guggenheim Investments legal group. In addition to meticulous organizational skills and a high attention to detail, the ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to proactively manage and track various projects both independently and as part of a team, take ownership and responsibility over assignments, assume leadership roles where appropriate, and work on a variety of time-sensitive projects.
The successful candidate must be proactive, exercise excellent judgment, have exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders across the firm and exhibit professionalism. The candidate must be comfortable interacting with senior-level attorneys and be highly responsive and efficient. An ideal candidate will have experience drafting governance documents and/or forming legal entities as a paralegal or similar in the financial services industry, however, in lieu of specific experience, bright, resourceful, quick learners will be considered. The Paralegal role presents an opportunity to grow in a dynamic organization and department. The Paralegal role is in New York, currently 4 days in office and the remaining day remote.

Annual base salary between
$72,000.00-$80,000.00The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
