- 7:45 am-3:15 pm, 30 min lunch

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the classroom teacher in implementing lessons, accommodations, modifications, and instructional activities to meet individual student needs and IEP goals.
- Provide individualized and small-group academic support under the direction of the classroom or special education teacher.
- Assist students in accessing and participating in the general education curriculum and classroom activities based on their individual needs.
- Support the implementation of students IEP accommodations, modifications, and related instructional or behavioral strategies as directed by the teacher.
- Assist with maintaining a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that is appropriate to students developmental levels and individual needs.
- Reinforce classroom expectations and support positive student behavior using established behavior management and positive reinforcement strategies.
- Assist with the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and other individualized behavior support strategies under the direction of the teacher or appropriate school staff.
- Monitor and document student progress, behaviors, and participation as requested by the classroom or special education teacher.
- Provide support during transitions, classroom activities, and other school routines to promote student independence, safety, and successful participation.
