    Pay: $70,000/year

    Shift: To Be Determined

    Location: Mulberry, AR

    About the Role

    We're looking for an experienced Par Fry Supervisor to lead food production operations involving breading, batter, marination, and par-fry cooking processes. This role oversees daily production, employees, food safety, and equipment performance while keeping the lines running efficiently.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead daily operations across breading, batter, marination, cooking, and par-fry production lines
    • Coordinate workflow, assign employees, and ensure production targets are met
    • Train and coach employees on equipment operation, processes, safety, and performance expectations
    • Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimize downtime
    • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, sanitation, quality, and food safety requirements
    • Work closely with Quality Assurance and USDA personnel to maintain compliance
    • Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
    • Communicate production issues, staffing needs, and operational updates to plant management


    Qualifications

    • 1-3+ years of par-fry experience in a leadership or supervisory role
    • Strong knowledge of breading, batter, marination, and par-fry cooking processes
    • Experience with food safety, sanitation, quality control, GMP, and HACCP requirements
    • Ability to work effectively with Quality Assurance and USDA
    • Previous experience training, coaching, and directing production employees
    • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
    • Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
    • Bilingual skills are a plus
