About the Role

As our Pantry Baker, you’ll be responsible for producing the high-quality desserts and pantry items that complete the Schlesinger’s dining experience. You’ll work in a structured, well-supported environment alongside an experienced culinary team dedicated to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of classic and seasonal pantry items to complement our steakhouse menu.
• Execute elevated plating and presentation with attention to detail and visual balance.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and consistency in your station and throughout service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely, exceptional execution during service.

• Strong communication, reliability, and pride in your craft.

• Availability on weekends and holidays.
