We are looking for a SWE to build robust, resilient, and scalable real-time systems that power autonomous robot deployments. You'll be on a small, high-caliber engineering team – meaning you'll have outsized ownership over fleet management, observability, monitoring, and recovery tooling from day one. The ideal candidate has strong system design intuitions, experience scaling infrastructure at a high-bar company, and thrives in fast-moving environments where the work is hands-on and close to the metal. Adjacent experience in voice AI, streaming systems, autonomous vehicles, or any real-time infrastructure is highly valued. This is a role for a humble, high-output generalist who is excited to do whatever it takes to ship reliable robots into the field.
What you will be doing
Building and owning resilient, real-time infrastructure for fleet management, remote teleoperation, observability, and failure recovery across deployed robots
Designing scalable systems that generalize across robot types, rigs, customers, and hardware configurations – from scratch
Working close to the metal on low-latency control loops, networking, camera streams, and unreliable hardware environments
Building deployment, monitoring, and intervention tooling so the team can observe, debug, and recover robots in the field
Collaborating directly with ML researchers and hardware engineers to bridge infrastructure with the broader robotics stack
