At Steer Automotive Group, we're looking for an experienced Panel Technician / Panel Beater to join our growing team in Lincoln. Whether you're an ATA-qualified Panel Beater, experienced Vehicle Body Repair Technician, or an accomplished Accident Repair Technician, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out high-quality structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
• Repairing, replacing and aligning damaged panels to manufacturer specifications.
• Using the latest body repair techniques, welding equipment and specialist tools.
• Completing repairs safely, efficiently and to agreed quality and productivity standards.
• Working closely with Paint Technicians, MET Technicians and the wider Bodyshop team.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
• Experience within an accident repair centre or bodyshop environment.
• Skilled in MIG/MAG welding and modern panel repair techniques.
• ATA accreditation (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.
• A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
