Build the Machines That Power Modern Manufacturing
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Panel Builder to join a growing automation team specializing in custom machinery and automated manufacturing systems. This is an opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge automation equipment, supporting machine builds from electrical assembly through startup and testing.
If you enjoy reading schematics, wiring control panels, troubleshooting electrical systems, and seeing complex machines come to life, this role offers a challenging and rewarding environment.

What You'll Do
  • Build and wire electrical control panels for custom automation equipment and machinery
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
  • Install and wire PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, power supplies, relays, sensors, and safety devices
  • Route, terminate, label, and test electrical wiring according to engineering specifications
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and machine-level electrical assembly
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience building electrical control panels or wiring industrial machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience with industrial controls including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, relays, and sensors
  • Strong understanding of industrial electrical practices and panel layout standards
Preferred Experience
  • OEM machinery, automation, or machine builder experience
  • Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar industrial control platforms
  • Machine startup and commissioning support
  • Knowledge of UL508A standards and industrial control panel construction
  • Electrical assembly of custom automated equipment
Why This Opportunity?
  • Build custom machines instead of repetitive production work
  • Work alongside experienced controls engineers and machine builders
  • Exposure to cutting-edge automation technology
  • Diverse projects and technical challenges
