Panel Builder
Location: Conway, AR
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
The Conway Penmac Staffing office is seeking a skilled Panel Builder for a full-time opportunity in Conway, AR. This position is ideal for candidates with electrical wiring experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Requirements for the Panel Builder
• Previous electrical wiring experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Panel Builder Responsibilities
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to blueprints and specifications
• Route, connect, and terminate electrical wiring components
• Install electrical devices, switches, relays, and related components
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Troubleshoot wiring and assembly issues as needed
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
