Panel Assembler
Pay Rate: $22.00–$25.00/hour; Based on experience
Location: Ballston Spa, NY (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Skills: Ability to read and follow electrical schematics and assembly drawings required
Skills: Experience with electrical wiring, including stripping, terminating, and landing wires
Our client is seeking a skilled Panel Assembler to assemble electrical control panels and related components in Ballston Spa, NY. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working from detailed schematics and drawings and takes pride in accurate, high-quality electrical assembly work.
Responsibilities of the Panel Assembler will include:
- Assemble electrical control panels and related components according to approved assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Read and follow detailed electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Strip, terminate, and land wires on electrical devices and components.
- Install and position electrical components according to assembly specifications.
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Verify wiring and component placement for accuracy and quality.
- Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production personnel to address assembly questions and ensure accurate builds.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications for the role of Panel Assembler:
- Ability to read and follow electrical schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience performing electrical wiring tasks, including stripping, terminating, and landing wires.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow established safety and production procedures.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and production teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to complete detailed assembly work accurately.
